Jacqueline Doty
Vice President, Product Line Manager Collateral Strategy

Jacqueline Doty is vice president and product line manager at CoreLogic. She is responsible for strategic planning, research and development of innovative products and solutions to collateral risk management problems. She also oversees automated valuation models (AVMs) and AVM cascades, ensuring CoreLogic solutions provide an accurate, timely and cost-effective method of valuing collateral.

Jacqueline formerly served as director of collateral risk management for Freddie Mac, overseeing risk related to residential real property valuation, directing policy development, implementing risk management plans and working frequently with customers, government agencies, regulators, trade organizations and the media. She was also previously director of offerings management and product manager for the company.

Prior to joining Freddie Mac, Jacqueline held the position of vice president of consumer lending for Mellon Bank, where she managed all aspects of consumer loan and mortgage originations. In this role, her responsibilities included managing HELOC portfolio growth, developing and implementing cross-selling strategies and directing loss mitigation activities.

Earlier in her career, Jacqueline held a series of progressively responsible positions in the mortgage banking industry with Wells Fargo Credit Corporation, Manufacturer’s Hanover Credit Corporation and Equifax. Over the course of nearly 30 years, she has developed a broad knowledge of residential housing, residential mortgages and government sponsored enterprises. Her expertise is in credit risk management and policy, new product development, residential automated valuation models and residential appraisals.

Jacqueline earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and is a graduate of the Mortgage Bankers Association School of Mortgage Banking.
